COMPETITION CLASS (MUST MEET QUALIFICATIONS):

Thursday at 7:30

Saturday at 10:30

ON RAMP CLASSES:

Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

MOBILITY CLASS:

Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

SATURDAY:

8:00 a.m. (Bring a friend)

9:00 a.m. (Member’s only)
